Feedback is very important to us! Therefore, we try to solve every single problem as soon as possible. But when you finally decide to return the goods, the whole procedure is very simple for you. The goods can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason. The period of 14 days runs from the date of receipt of the shipment.


Complaints procedure for JenyBerg.sk customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Complaints Procedure"). Text and effect from 26.02.2020

To withdraw from the contract, you need to fill in a few simple points:

1. Download, print and fill out the withdrawal form

2. Check that the goods are in original condition, without damage, with all labels. Attention! Damaged goods will not be accepted for return!

3. The goods must be sent together with a printed and signed form to the address:

1. A parcel sent on delivery will not be accepted! The company does not reimburse shipping and post service!

2. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the money will be returned to the account or PayPal, specified in the form, within 5-14 days (according to law).

3. When returning the goods, the responsibility for the package lies with the customer. His liability end on the date of receipt of the shipment by the company.
