Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (the “GDPR Regulation”), what information we collect about you , why and how we use it, what are your rights in relation to the personal data we use and how you can exercise these rights with us in accordance with the GDPR.

What personal data do we process?

When placing orders, we process your personal data in the following range: email address, name, surname, telephone number, residential address and information on the price of goods. We must process this data in order to fulfill your order, that is, to fulfill our contractual obligations to the customer. It is in our legitimate interest to keep a record of orders for legal protection against possible future disputes. We process your order registration data for 5 years. We also use order records to fulfill our legal archiving obligations due to potential financial controls for 10 years.

We process your personal data in the user registry to the extent that you provide it to us when registering or editing a user account, when creating an order, or when linking your account to social networks. It is in our legitimate interest to maintain a user database. In addition to registration purposes, we use this database to identify people when processing orders, processing complaints and for marketing purposes. We store personal data for the purpose of registering a user for 5 years from the date of your last order.

We also use your personal data to secure the transportation of goods. We transfer the data necessary for the delivery of goods to transport companies. In connection with possible complaints from the customer and the carrier, we process this data within 5 years from the date of the order.

The storage of personal data from your order will allow us to facilitate your further purchase, and therefore previously used data may be pre-filled in your e-cart. In order to facilitate your purchase, we process personal data based on the title of legitimate interest and store it in databases for 5 years from the date of your last order.

In order to provide you with appropriate technical support when using our website, we also store technical data about the equipment you use to access our website. This data includes the browser you are using, the device from which you access our website and the operating system you are using. It is in our and your legitimate interests to provide technical support.

This technical information is part of our internal logs and we do not use it for any purpose other than to provide technical support, we store it for 5 years from the date of your last order.

How do we use personal data for marketing purposes?

For marketing purposes, we process your contact information that you send to us when ordering, registering or subscribing to promotional communications. We use this data to send business and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from our commercial or promotional communications at any time. Once you completely log out of all channels, we will no longer use your contact information to send business notifications.

In order to provide you with the most pleasant customer experience and constantly improve our services, we store data that helps us find out what exactly interests you, what you like. Therefore, we need to know, among other things, what you most often view on our website, what you order and what you buy.

We try to adapt our business communications to your preferences as much as possible, which would not be possible without the processing of data about your visits to our website, orders and responses to our marketing campaigns.

We are interested in how satisfied you are with our product, website and transportation of the goods, so we store the feedback we receive from you, for example, in the form of answers to questions from questionnaires.

We use all personal data used for marketing purposes for legitimate interests and store it for marketing purposes for 5 years from the date of your last order. We store data about what interests you, what you like and your feedback for sending business notifications for 2 years from the date of receipt of this data.


Your personal data is used exclusively for our internal needs and only for the above reasons. However, we do not provide all of our services only ourselves, we also use third-party services for the transport of goods. Therefore, as part of your order, personal data can be provided to transport companies in the required amount.

In addition to the order, we process your personal data in third-party information and analytical systems that we absolutely need for our business, for example. in the accounting program.

We do not share your personal data with third parties for the purpose of further processing.

Where do we store personal data?

Personal data is stored on the backup servers of Agrumi s.r.o., while the security of the data on the servers complies with the GDPR regulation.

Access to systems that provide personal data of our customers is allowed only to a limited number of our employees, for whom this is necessary due to the volume of their work, for example, to process orders. Our employees always have access only to the amount of personal data that they need for their work.

What rights does the GDPR give you and how you can use them with us

Right to disclose information

You can contact us at any time by sending a message to the specified email address agrumisk@gmail.com to confirm whether your personal data is being processed by us. In the event that we process your data, we may also, upon your request, inform you about third parties to whom your personal data has been or will be disclosed. If we do not receive personal data from you, you have the right to all information available to us about where we received your personal data from.

Right to rectification of personal data
